Season your ribs with salt & pepper
In your slow cooker add your ribs, coke, soy sauce and leave on low for 8 hours.
Remove juices from slow cooker and reduce down in a saucepan & add your sugar to taste
Place your ribs on baking paper on an oven proof tray, pour your reduced sauce over your ribs
Put under the grill for 10 – 15minutes at 200°c
