Crate to bench service

If you are home we will deliver your order in a crate in which we will unpack in your kitchen for you. The crate will return with the driver to be used for another order. This greatly reduces the packaging required for an order and reduces our impact on the environment.

If you won’t be home for us to provide this service you will be required to either leave an esky out for us or pay for us to pack your order in a box. We are working very hard to reduce our waste and impact on the environment and appreciate your help!

FAQ’s

How will I know when my delivery is going to arrive?

Your order will arrive on the next relevant delivery day for your area. We accept orders up until 8am on the day prior to your delivery. Any order made after this time will be placed on the following delivery for your area.
If you require a specific delivery time please contact us. We can provide a two hour window in which your delivery will arrive.
Please note this is not always an exact science due to traffic and weather. If you would like a phone call prior to your delivery please specify this in the comments on checkout. Remember – we are closed public holidays. This affects our delivery runs. If you’re location is serviced on a public holiday you order will automatically be placed on the next corresponding delivery. Please check our delivery areas or facebook page for updates on closure and changes to delivery runs.

What if I won’t be home when you deliver?

If you have paid for your order prior to delivery you do not have to be home to accept the order. We do ask that you notify us if you will not be home so that we can pack your order in ice. Please select this option on check out.
Alternatively you can leave an esky out and we will pack your order into your esky. We do not recommend that you leave your order out for any longer than 1 hour, particularly in summer. Your order must be pre paid if you will not be home. In the event that you are not home and your order has been paid for it will be left at the provided address and we will attempt to contact you to let you know that it has been left.

Can you deliver to my workplace?

Work place delivery is available if you will not be home. Simply provide us with the company name and address and any special instructions we may require.

What are the delivery fee’s and minimums?

Local orders within 4017 do not incur a delivery fee. Deliveries in our extended areas will incur a $5.00 delivery fee. Please note there is a minimum order of $35 for delivery for local areas and $60 for extended areas
