Slow Cooker Pulled Pork

Let the slow cooker do the hard work with this delicious pulled pork recipe!

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 cups apple cider vinegar

  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

  • 2 tbsp of golden syrup

  • 1/4 cup of honey

  •  1 tsp mixed spice

  • 1/2 tsp Kosher salt

  • 1 cup boiling water

  • 200g butter

  • 2kg Pork shoulder

  • 1 x bottle of your favourite BBQ sauce (Our competition BBQ works well)

Method:

  1. Add all ingredients to your slow cooker bowl
  2. Cook on low for 6+ hrs or until tender 

  3. Once cooked, pulled apart with a fork.

  4. Stir through your BBQ sauce and serve
