Easy Chicken Patties

Move over Colonel! Chicken burgers never tasted so good!

Try these easy, mouthwatering favourites instead of takeaway, ~ your family will love you for it!


  • 500g chicken breast
  • chicken salt
  • paprika
  • 3 eggs
  • 8 tbsp cream
  • 2 bags pork crackling
    • {we used Gold Medal Snacks brand)


  1. Preheat fan-forced oven to 180° C
  2. Chop and dice chicken breast into small pieces and place in food processor.
  3. Combine chicken salt, paprika & 1 egg to chicken mix.
  4. Pulse until mixed smoothly.
  5. In a separate bowl, mix 1 egg & cream
  6. Crush pork crackling snacks into small pieces and place in a separate bowl.
  7. Take a handful of chicken mixture and form into a pattie shape.
  8. Dip first in egg & cream mixture, then into crumb mixture.
  9. Arrange patties onto a lined baking tray and place into preheated oven.
  10. Cook until brown & crispy. 
  11. Pair with your choice of burger buns, lettuce and mayonaise, or with any of your favourite burger fillings.
