Garlic Lamb Loin Chops
Sick of plain old chops each night? Try this little twist.
Ingredients:
- Lamb Loin Chops
- 3-4 Garlic cloves
- parsley (or herb of your choice)1-2 tbsp EVOO (extra virgin olive oil)
Method:
- Allow lamb chops to come to room temperature (approx. 30 min).
- Finely dice parsley and garlic.
- Place garlic and parsley in a small container with 1-2 tablespoons of EVOO.
- Place lamb chops in airfryer. Coat with garlic/parsley mix.
- Cook 200°C for 10-15mins depending on how you like your meat cooked.
- Allow to rest for 5mins and serve with sides.
Thermie Method (replace these with the corresponding steps above)
2. Peel garlic cloves and some sprigs of fresh parsley in Thermomix sp 8, 3-4 secs.
3. Scrape down sides of mixing bowl. Place garlic and parsley in a small container with 1-2 tablespoons of EVOO.
