You’ll also need a basting brush (a new paint brush works just as well)


Method:

Prepare your ham

1.Remove skin/rind off ham. The easiest way to do this is to run your fingers underneath it.
2. Score the fat in a diamond pattern
3. Preheat oven to 160c (fan forced) 

Now for the glazing

1. Place cloves, glazed cherries & pineapple on ham (secure cherries & pineapple with toothpicks) Keep the pineapple juice aside

2. Place the juice from the pineapples, sugar, marmalade and sherry in a small saucepan
3. Bring to the boil and simmer for 10 minutes (until sugar is dissolved). Then let cool
4. Using your basting brush, paint the ham with your mixture and pop it in your preheated oven.
5. Repeat basting every 20-30 minutes for 2 – 3 hours until you a have a sticky golden layer on your ham
6. Remove Cherries, Pineapple & cloves and carve
7. Enjoy!
