Cheesy Stuffed Chicken Breast
A Keto delight to suit the fussiest of eaters!
Ingredients:
- 1 bag spinach
- 3 tablespoons of cream cheese
- 2 tablespoons of sour cream
- 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon crushed garlic
- 1 teaspoon of crushed ginger
- 5 chicken breasts
- 250g bacon chopped
Method:
- Chop & cook your bacon in oil of your choice
- Mix your spinach, cream cheese, sour cream, mayo, garlic, ginger and bacon pieces in a bowl
- Make a slit in your chicken breast to form a pocket, stuff your mixture in the pocket
- Wrap your chicken in aluminum foil like a parcel
- In a oven proof dish fill with water 3cm high and place your parcels in the water
- Cook for 45minutes on 180°
