A Keto delight to suit the fussiest of eaters!

Ingredients:

  • 1 bag spinach
  • 3 tablespoons of cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoons of sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon crushed garlic
  • 1 teaspoon of crushed ginger
  • 5 chicken breasts
  • 250g bacon chopped


Method:

  1. Chop & cook your bacon in oil of your choice
  2. Mix your spinach, cream cheese, sour cream, mayo, garlic, ginger and  bacon pieces in a bowl
  3. Make a slit in your chicken breast to form a pocket, stuff your mixture in the pocket
  4. Wrap your chicken in aluminum foil like a parcel
  5. In a oven proof dish fill with water 3cm high and place your parcels in the water
  6. Cook for 45minutes on 180°
