Try this Sticky Pork Chops recipe, just be sure to have plenty of napkins for those sticky fingers!

Ingredients:

  • 1 kg Pork chops
  • 3 tbsp Hoisin sauce (Gluten free)
  • 1 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Apple cider vinegar
  • ½ tbsp. honey
  • ½ tsp Sesame oil
  • Steamed greens to serve
  • Rice to serve

Pork Loin Chops

Method:

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C fan forced.
  2. Mix sauce ingredients together.
  3. Season the chops with salt on both sides.
  4. Pan fry the chops in a hot frypan with a little olive oil for a few minutes each side to seal and until just beginning to turn golden.
  5. Place chops on a baking tray, baste each side with the sauce and place in the oven to bake for 12 minutes, turning every 4 minutes (or until cooked to your liking).
  6. Allow to rest for 5-10 minutes, then serve.

We served ours with steamed greens and a little rice, stir-fried with egg and sesame oil.
