Sausages in Onion Gravy

These Sausages in Onion Gravy recipe is so easy in the slow cooker! This is definitely going to be a regular in my house, super simple and super tasty. My favourite is with our pork sausages. But I’m definitely going to try the country pork next!
Ingredients:
- 8 sausages
- 1 large brown onion, sliced
- 1 teaspoon crushed garlic
- 2 tbsps gravy powder
- herbs – optional
- 2 cups hot water
Method
- Place the onion rings on the bottom of the slow cooker and place the sausages on top.
- In a jug add the gravy mix, garlic and 2 cups of hot water. Stir well to combine.
- Add the herbs (optional) to the gravy mix and pour over the top of the sausages.
- Cook on low for four hours (or high for 2.5 hours).
- Serve with mashed potato and a side of steamed veg.
