With this One Pot Beef Stroganoff recipe you can reduce the nightly dishes! Only one pot to clean! That will make the “dishwasher” happy. It’s full of beefy flavour and you can cook it in well under an hour. Add whatever vegetables you like to get a bit or colour or do the carnivores’ version like we did. If you don’t want to use mince beef, try boneless sirloin steak or diced beef or a different texture.
