Jess’s Spicy Wings taste just like the chicken wings at the local pub. Recreate a crowd favourite, and make your place the local hang out for you and your friends or have the perfect food for game night.
Ingredients:
- 3kg Deagon Bulk Meats Chicken Wings
- 1 Tbsp Baking Powder (NOT Baking Soda!)
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
- 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/2 tsp Onion Powder
- Sweet Baby Rays Buffalo Wing Sauce (or sauce of your choice)
Method:
- Preheat the oven at 200 degrees celsius.
- Put the baking powder, salt, pepper, garlic and onion powder in an oven bag, shake to mix.
- Put the chicken pieces into the oven bag and shake to coat.
- Bake the wings for 45 mins in the oven until crispy.
- Put the wing sauce into a bowl, add cooked chicken wings and stir to coat. Or just place the wings into a bowl and pour the sauce over the top. Add as much sauce as you can handle!
