Just 5 simple ingredients and about 10 minutes is all it takes to make a simple but satisfying dinner thats a little different!

Ingredients:

  • 250g chicken thigh
  • Handful of cherry tomatoes
  • 500g penne pasta
  • 190g (jar) basil pesto
  • 1/2 diced red onion

Method:

  1. Boil and cook 500g penee pasta

  2. Dice and cook chicken thighs

  3. Chop tomatoes & onion and place in a bowl

  4. Once pasta is cooked, strain and add to bowl

  5. Add your cooked chicken

  6. And stir in your pesto

  7. Season with salt if desired.

  8. Easy quick summer dinner.
