Ingredients:

  • Sour Cream 300g
  • Spreadable Cream Cheese 250g
  • 1 cup of grated cheddar cheese
  • 2 spring onion
  • 250g bacon
  • 1 cob loaf
  • Salt & pepper


Method:

  1. Finely chop Bacon and cook.
  2. Add sour cream, cream cheese, grated cheese, finely chopped spring onion, cooked bacon in a bowl and stir until all combined
  3. Cut 4cm off top of cob loaf to form lid. Scoop bread from centre of loaf, leaving 1.5cm edge. Tear or roughly chop bread pieces.
  4. Spoon mixture into loaf. Arrange bread pieces and slice in a single layer around loaf. 
  5. Bake for 20 minutes or until lightly toasted.
  6. All the lid on top and bake for another 10minutes.
