A super simple sausage roll guaranteed to please the kids this weekend!

Ingredients:

  • 250g sausage meat
  • 500g minced beef
  • ¼ cup bbq sauce 
  • ¼ cup tomato sauce
  • 1 tbsp curry powder
  • 1 Diced onion
  • Puffy pastry
  • Salt pepper 
  • 1 egg 


Method:

  1. Mix mince, sausage meat, bbq sauce, tomato sauce, onion, curry powder, salt & pepper in a bowl. 
  2. Cut a sheet of puff pastry into two (one sheet can make two long sausage rolls)
  3. Lay mixture on one side of your pastry and roll over, fold in the ends
  4. Brush over with egg wash, prick with fork 
  5. Place on a oven safe baking dish lined with baking paper
  6. Put it in the oven on 180° for 30 minutes.
  7. Cut into smaller sausage rolls.
