Beef Sausage Rolls
A super simple sausage roll guaranteed to please the kids this weekend!
Ingredients:
- 250g sausage meat
- 500g minced beef
- ¼ cup bbq sauce
- ¼ cup tomato sauce
- 1 tbsp curry powder
- 1 Diced onion
- Puffy pastry
- Salt pepper
- 1 egg
Method:
- Mix mince, sausage meat, bbq sauce, tomato sauce, onion, curry powder, salt & pepper in a bowl.
- Cut a sheet of puff pastry into two (one sheet can make two long sausage rolls)
- Lay mixture on one side of your pastry and roll over, fold in the ends
- Brush over with egg wash, prick with fork
- Place on a oven safe baking dish lined with baking paper
- Put it in the oven on 180° for 30 minutes.
- Cut into smaller sausage rolls.
