Bacon and Broccoli Salad
It’s easy, it’s delicious
Ingredients:

1 broccoli head, approx 5 cups of florets

250g diced bacon

Real egg mayonnaise

Salt and Pepper
Method:
- Boil or steam your broccoli until a sharp knife will pierce the stems easily, but you don’t want them to floppy.
- Dice and cook 250g bacon
- Mix all ingredients together with a good full egg mayo, just enough to coat, or to your liking (I like bestfoods mayo)
- Season with salt and pepper to taste
