Lamb Tzatziki Pitas
Simple and super yummy!
Ingredients:
- 500g diced lamb
- tzatziki dip
- Deagon Bulk Meats rosemary & mint seasoning
- Cucumber
- Red onion
- Feta Cheese
Method:

Season Lamb with rosemary and mint seasoning, enough to coat. Then cook on medium heat until tender.

Finely chop cucumbers and red onion.

Follow instructions as per pita packet to heat.

Fill your pita with a generous amount of tzatziki, lamb, cucumber, onion and top with crumbed feta

Grill in sandwich press if you like, or enjoy untoasted
