Pulled Beef – Slow Cooked

This Pulled Beef recipe is sure to melt in your mouth! Slow cooked to that perfect point where the meat is able to be pulled apart. Great for those winter footy nights! Make some sliders like we did, then kick back and enjoy!
Ingredients:
- 1-2 kg Deagon Bulk Meats Topside Roast Beef
- 2 cups beef stock
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 2 tablespoons beef gravy
Method:

To start with quarter your beef into 4 pieces & place in your slow cooker.

Add beef stock and tomato paste.

Leave on low for 6 hours.

Remove meat, leave the juice in the slow cooker.

Shred the beef with a fork and put into a pan.

Add the liquid from slow cooker & cook on medium heat.

Let the sauce reduce down & add 2 tablespoons of gravy to thicken up.

Serve with your preferred sides & enjoy!

We did Mayo Coleslaw Slider Buns & used the left over meat as pie filling.
