Sticky Pork Chops

Try this Sticky Pork Chops recipe, just be sure to have plenty of napkins for those sticky fingers!
Ingredients:
- 1 kg Pork chops
- 3 tbsp Hoisin sauce (Gluten free)
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Apple cider vinegar
- ½ tbsp. honey
- ½ tsp Sesame oil
- Steamed greens to serve
- Rice to serve
Method:
- Preheat oven to 180°C fan forced.
- Mix sauce ingredients together.
- Season the chops with salt on both sides.
- Pan fry the chops in a hot frypan with a little olive oil for a few minutes each side to seal and until just beginning to turn golden.
- Place chops on a baking tray, baste each side with the sauce and place in the oven to bake for 12 minutes, turning every 4 minutes (or until cooked to your liking).
- Allow to rest for 5-10 minutes, then serve.
We served ours with steamed greens and a little rice, stir-fried with egg and sesame oil.
