Cowboy Stew
Cowboy Stew is so versatile, you can serve on toast, pasta, nachos, or by itself, we like to serve with sour cream.
I always make double and use in the meal the night after.

Ingredients:
- 500g mince
- 1 can baked beans
- 1 can of stagg chilli beans (or any Mexican bean)
- 2 cans of water
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Fry your mince until half cooked.
- Add in your can of baked beans and fill the empty can with water, swish around to get any more sauce & add to your mince.
- Add in your stagg chilli or Mexican bean mix and do the same with your water
- Let liquid simmer down on a medium heat and stirring occasionally.
