Our Lamb Carcass is a Tasmanian Royal Free Range Grass Fed Lamb. A Side or Whole Lamb, cut to your specifications. Your lamb will be broken down into the multiple cuts of forequarter, neck, loin chops, racks, roasts, shanks and flaps.
